Spicy Pork Adobo

Spicy Pork Adobo dish will absolutely fit in your appetite, having this delicious sauce will give you enjoyment in every bite or in every single taste you take. This dish is best served with steamed rice.  Enjoy!







Ingredients
§  2 lbs. pork (cleaned, cube)
§  4 tablespoons soy sauce
§  5 cloves garlic (crushed)
§  3 tbsp. vinegar
§  2 tsp.  whole peppercorn
§  5 dried bay leaves
§  1 ½ cup water
§  salt to taste
§  5 to 10 pcs. hot pepper (siling labuyo) (depends on your taste buds)
§  3 tbsp. cooking oil

Cooking Procedure
1.       Heat the cooking oil in deep pan.
2.      Add: the pork and stir. Until the color turns brown. (5minutes to 10minutes)
3.      Put-in the garlic, peppercorns, and bay leaves.
4.       Continue to cook until the garlic turns light brown (2 to 3 minutes).
5.      Pour-in water and the soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
6.      Cover the pan and simmer until the liquid reduces to half (around 40 to 50 minutes).
7.      Take the cover off and pour-in the vinegar. Let the liquid boil. Stir and continue to cook for 10 minutes.
8.       Add salt if needed. The soy sauce alone gives this dish enough saltiness. You can add salt if you want.
9.       Transfer to a serving bowl.
