Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breast (sliced into thin strips)
- 2 medium Ampalaya (cored and sliced diagonally)
- 1 small (minced)
- 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 2 small tomatoes (sliced)
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. cooking oil
Cooking
Procedure
Heat the cooking
oil in pan.
Sauté the
onion and garlic. Until the onion becomes soft.
Add: Chicken
breast. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes
Add: Oyster
sauce. For up to 3 minutes.
Pour-in
water. Simmer. Cover for up to15 minutes
Add: Ampalaya.
Stir and cook (medium heat for 5 minutes)).
Add salt
and pepper to taste.
Transfer
to a serving plate.
Serve and
Enjoy.
