A type of a noodle soup composed of egg
noodles. This dish is healthy and also
another delicious version of chicken noodle soup and also this is good for
your appetite. This dish is best served when it’s rainy season or even if for break
time.
Ingredients

½ Egg noodles
·
1 small cabbage (chopped)
·
½ cup carrots (cubes)
·
¾ cup snap peas
·
3 cups chicken stock
·
2 cups water
·
4 ounces chicken breast (thinly sliced)
·
2 tbsp. cooking oil
·
Salt and pepper to taste
·
1 tbsp. spring onion (chopped)
Cooking Procedure:
- Heat oil in a soup pot.
- Sauté the chicken, cook for up to 3
minutes or until the color brown.
- Pour-in the 2 cups of chicken stock and
water. Let it boil.
- Cover pot and simmer for up to 20 minutes.
- Add: The snap peas and carrots (2
minutes).
- Add: The cabbage and noodles. Stir and
cook for up to 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Add: 1
cup chicken stock.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with spring onions.
Serve and Enjoy.
