Pizza Pandesal



Simple and delicious Filipino Pizza style truly fit’s in your tummy and a good buddy budget. Good for your kids and for everyone. 

Ingredients:
·          Medium Size Pandesal
·         Tomato sauce ( pizza sauce)
·         Green Bell pepper (Strip)
·         Bacon (ham or hotdog)
·         Cheese (grated)
·         Onion (minced)


Cooking Procedure:
·       On a plate. Using the back portion of the spoon spread the tomato sauce on the top of pandesal.·Sprinkle the cheese, together with the bacon(ham)
·         Add: Onion and bell pepper. Place in oven toaster. Heat for up to 3 minutes or until the cheese melted.

Serve and Enjoy!

Pizza A la King

A pizza pie with a twist of chicken ala king. You can have an option to have it thin or thick crust. Toppled with melting ala king toppings. Drizzling cheese and onions, to add some mouthwatering flavors. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese and lay down some beautiful cuts of mushrooms on top to wrap it up.

Ingredients:
4 cloves Garlic, crushed
½ small onions, chopped (2tbsp.)
1 small chicken breast, boiled and diced ( about 1 cup)
2 tbsp. diced green bell peppers
1/4 cup sliced mushroom (canned) Reserve 1/4 cup
3/4 cup Del Monte pizza sauce
24 slices "Pan amerikano", edges removed
1/2 cup grated or parmesan cheese.

Cooking procedure:

Saute garlic, onions and chicken in oil. Add green bell peppers, mushrooms, Del Monte Pizza sauce. Add 1½ cup of sugar. Rock salt. Simmer for 8 minutes. Set aside.

Fit each bread slice into a muffin pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 5 minutes.
