Adobong Bangus

 This recipe is composed of milkfish which can be easily prepared at home. This recipe is fried and being marinated with vinegar and soy sauce for almost an hour that you will surely feel the delicious sauce of this dish. You will absolutely enjoy this dish during breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:
1 medium size Bangus (milkfish) (Cleaned, sliced)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
2 pcs. Red chilis (siling pahaba)
1 cup vinegar
¼ cup water
Oil

Cooking Procedure:

In a bowl: Combine all ingredients (except oil)
Marinate bangus (1hour) in the refrigerator.
Drain fish and reserve the marinade. Set aside
In a pan, heat oil. Fry the fish until golden brown (both sides) then drain
Sauté garlic in hot oil.
Add reserve marinade and the green chilis.
Bring to a boil. Add the fried bangus into the pan.
Simmer and cook up to 10 minutes.
Transfer to the serving plate.

Serve and Enjoy.
