and yummy dish for your loved ones for dinner , try this Beef Stir- Fry. It
is a healthy dish in addition to your dinner routine. It is total mix of vegetables and
meats together with a flavorful sauce it can surprisingly fit’s in your tummy.
It will a blast dish for everyone.
Ingredients:

2 tbsp vegetable oil
·
1 lb beef sirloin (cut 2 inch strips)
·
1 cup of fresh broccoli
·
½ cup of snow peas
·
1 red bell pepper (cut into strips)
·
2 carrots (thinly slice)
·
1 green onion
·
1 tsp minced garlic
·
2 tbs soy cause
·
2 tbs sesame seeds (toasted)
Cooking
Procedure:
·
In a large wok o skillet over medium
heat.
·
Add beef and cook until brown (about 3-5
minutes)
·
Set Aside.
·
On the same wok. Add broccoli, snow
peas, bell pepper, carrots, green onion and garlic.
·
Cook and stir vegetables for up to 3
minutes.
·
Add beef and stir. Season with soy sauce
and sesame seeds.
·
Continue to cook and stir until
vegetables are tender. (about 3- 5 minutes)
