Pork Adobo with Tofu

Pork adobo with Tofu
Is another pork adobo dish mix with the deep fried tofu. Different taste similar with the pork adobo alone and take note:  it’s simply delicious.  You’ll surely love this dish also. Enjoy!



Ingredients:
1 lb pork (cubed)
14 ounces tofu (cubed and deep fried)
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
2 pcs. Green chilis (sliced diagonally)
4 pcs. Dried bay leaves
5 cloves garlic (minced)
6 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. vinegar
1 cup water
2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Procedure:
Heat oil in a cooking pot.
Sauté garlic until color turns light brown.
Add pork and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until the color turns light brown.
Pour-in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water. Let boil and simmer until the pork becomes tender.
Add vinegar and chilis wait until the liquid re-boils. Stir.
Put-in sugar and fried tofu. Cook for 3 minutes.
Add salt, and pepper. Stir.
Turn off heat. Transfer to a serving bowl.
