Is a vegetable dish
that is composed of Bok Choy or “Pechay” together with the shrimp bits and
carrots, which could surely give a healthy delightful dish for everyone.
Ingredients
10 pcs. Medium shrimp (cleaned and deveined)
5 bunches Bok Choy (pechay slice halves)
1 medium tomato (diced)
1 tsp. Garlic (minced)
1 ½ tbsp. Oyster sauce
1 medium white onion (sliced)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 medium size bell pepper (cut into strips)
1 medium size green bell pepper (cut into
strips)
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 tsp. Fried garlic
Instructions
Heat the oil in a pan.
Saute the garlic and onions for up to 2
minutes.
Add the tomato. Cook until soften.
Put-in the shrimp and oyster sauce. Cook for 5
minutes.
Add the Bok Choy, bell peppers then stir.
Cover and cook for up to 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to a serving plate. Then Sprinkle it
with fried garlic. Then Serve.
