Another stir fry
dish but simply composed by chicken cubes and other healthy vegetables. It is
very simple to cook and it is also an additional dish for your dinner routine.
Ingredients
§ 1 ½ lbs.
boneless chicken breasts (sliced into cubes)
§ 1 medium onion (chopped)
§ 1 tsp. garlic (minced)
§ 1 medium green bell pepper (sliced into strips)
§ 1 medium red bell pepper (sliced into strips)
§ 2 tsp. lemon juice
§ ¼ tsp. sesame oil
§ 2 tbsp. soy sauce
§ 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
§ 1 tsp. ground black pepper
§ 1 tsp. salt
§ 3 tbsp. cooking oil
§ 1 cup snow peas
§ 2 medium size carrots (peeled and julienned)
Cooking Procedure
1. In a bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, and
lemon juice. Mix well (Marinate for 1 hour)
2. Heat cooking oil in a wok, and then sauté garlic,
and onion.
3. Add the marinated chicken, and then stir for 3
to 5 minutes.
4. Put-in the salt, ground black pepper, and
oyster sauce and sesame oil and continue to stir fry.
5. Add red and green bell pepper, snow peas and
carrots cook for up to 4 to 5 minutes.
6. Turn off heat. Transfer to a serving plate.
